1. Acceptance of terms

By using HOOPR, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service description

HOOPR is a SaaS platform for managing basketball tournaments. The service includes tournament creation, team and match management, real-time scoring, projectable scoreboard, and public views.

3. Account and responsibility

You are responsible for the security of your account and login credentials. You are responsible for all content entered on the platform and for compliance with applicable regulations in organizing your events.

4. Payments

The Pro plan requires a one-time payment for each category activated. Payments are processed by Stripe. No refunds are provided once activation has been completed.

5. Service availability

We strive to keep the service available, but do not guarantee 100% uptime. HOOPR is not liable for service interruptions due to force majeure or scheduled maintenance.

6. Intellectual property

HOOPR and its source code are the exclusive property of Madfarm Srl. Content entered by users (tournaments, teams, statistics) remains the property of the users.

7. Changes to terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the service after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
